BOYER HEATING & COOLING is a licensed commercial HVAC subcontractor as well as a licensed commercial General Contractor with a bonding capacity of $7 million per job. We perform installation and replacement of commercial HVAC boiler, chiller and piping systems as well as duct fabrication. BOYER HEATING & COOLING has completed several CM@R projects. In addition, we have successfully completed LEED certified projects which were certified at the Platinum and Silver levels.

Our estimators utilize estimating
software which allows BOYER
HEATING & COOLING to bid projects
per plans and specifications,
to "value engineer"
projects or to design / build projects.
Each of our job foremen have
completed the five year union
apprenticeship training program,
and are supported by apprentices
with several years of skills training
and experience.
